Insurance and payment, made simple.
We bill most plans directly, check your coverage before bigger treatment, and welcome Canadian Dental Care Plan members. You'll always know your portion before we begin.

We handle the paperwork.
Three simple steps, so you can focus on your smile instead of claim forms.
Share your plan details
Add your insurer, plan and member numbers when you book, or bring your card on the day.
We check your coverage
For larger treatments, we can send a pre-estimate to your insurer so you know what's covered first.
You pay only your portion
With direct billing, we claim from your insurer and you pay any remaining balance.
Your plan is probably on this list.
We work with most private dental plans offered through employers and individual policies. Don't see yours? Call us, we can usually still help.

No private insurance? You may still be covered.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We welcome children, adults and seniors from across Orleans. Book online in a minute or call us and we'll find a time.
When should my child first see a dentist?
The Canadian Dental Association recommends a first visit within six months of the first tooth, or by age one. Early visits are short, gentle and mostly about getting comfortable.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely. Mention it when you book. We'll take things slowly, explain each step before it happens, agree on a signal to pause, and talk you through sedation options if they'd help.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call (613) 697-0727 right away and we'll find you the earliest opening. If swelling is affecting your breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Do you bill my insurance directly?
We bill most major plans directly and accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Share your plan details when you book and we'll confirm your coverage before your visit.
Can I book appointments for my whole family at once?
Yes. Choose "Several family members" in the booking form, tell us who's coming, and we'll schedule back-to-back visits.
Is Invisalign right for me?
Clear aligners work for many adults and teens with crowding, gaps or bite issues. A consultation with Dr. Khubnani will tell you if you're a good fit and how long treatment would take.
