Your first visit, made simple.
Everything you need to know before you come in: what to bring, what happens, and the forms you can fill in at home so your appointment starts on time.

Your first visit, from booking to plan.
Plan for a little more time than a regular checkup. We'd rather you leave with answers than leave in a hurry.
Book online or call
Pick a time that suits you, or call (613) 697-0727 and we'll find one together.
Fill in one short form
We'll email it ahead of time so you're not filling in a clipboard in the waiting room.
Meet us, no rush

Leave with a clear plan

Your questions
You set the pace. We'll follow it.
Dental anxiety is common, and it's nothing to be embarrassed about. Tell us when you book, or add a note in the form, and we'll plan your visit around it.

In pain right now? Call us first.
We keep time aside for urgent cases and will see you as quickly as we can. If you have severe swelling affecting your breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency room.
Severe toothache
Throbbing pain that won't settle.
Chipped or broken tooth
From a fall, sport or biting down.
Knocked-out tooth
Keep it in milk and call right away.
Lost filling or crown
Or swelling around a tooth or gum.
Wondering what's covered?
We'll check your insurance and explain costs before any treatment begins.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We welcome children, adults and seniors from across Orleans. Book online in a minute or call us and we'll find a time.
When should my child first see a dentist?
The Canadian Dental Association recommends a first visit within six months of the first tooth, or by age one. Early visits are short, gentle and mostly about getting comfortable.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely. Mention it when you book. We'll take things slowly, explain each step before it happens, agree on a signal to pause, and talk you through sedation options if they'd help.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call (613) 697-0727 right away and we'll find you the earliest opening. If swelling is affecting your breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Do you bill my insurance directly?
We bill most major plans directly and accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Share your plan details when you book and we'll confirm your coverage before your visit.
Can I book appointments for my whole family at once?
Yes. Choose "Several family members" in the booking form, tell us who's coming, and we'll schedule back-to-back visits.
Is Invisalign right for me?
Clear aligners work for many adults and teens with crowding, gaps or bite issues. A consultation with Dr. Khubnani will tell you if you're a good fit and how long treatment would take.
